Senior Project Manager

Hays are working with a well-known General Contractor that is currently hiring a Senior Project Manager in Edmonton.

Thispany is seeking someone experienced in running various projects $1 to $30 Million includingmercial renovations, expansions, and new construction Your new role The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the planning, execution, andpletion of assigned projects. You will provide leadership to a team, ensuring that everyone stays on schedule and the projects stays within budget Thispany needs someone who is passionate about construction, with all the technical skills to match. Someone who can quickly build strong relationships and resolveplex issues will be required. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will ideallye from a projects background or a trades background and have strong understanding / experience of site activities.

Prior experience working on large builds is required.

• Five years’ experience in Project Management in a construction environment, including on-site experience.
• Experience with project planning and cost management.
