Business Analysis and Technical Skills (50%)

• Leads and facilitates workshops to elicit review document and confirm business requirements business process reengineering business models business rules and user interface design.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to break down complex business requirements into manageable deliverables for development teams.
• Creates user stories supports the creation of UX functional and technical designs and ensures that business analysis tasks align with iterative development cycles.
• Develops performance measures for business analysis evaluations and conducts follow-up assessments to ensure compliance with client clusters and corporate I&IT strategies policies and priorities.
• Proficient in a range of business analysis and project management tools (e.g. DevOps MS Visio Figma and other modeling tools) to document and track business requirements and designs.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and testing processes including user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring business requirements are validated against system functionality before deployment.
• Strong skills in managing change processes including defining the change scope conducting impact analysis and developing training and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions for end-users.
• Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients business problems or opportunities and document the technical business requirements to meet functional requirements.
• Experience developing context diagrams use cases and use case models.
• Experience creating process maps stakeholder maps and assessments.
• Experience creating systems diagrams.
• Experience writing business cases and conducting options analysis.
• Experience developing cost-benefit analyses and conducting feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
• Hands-on experience developing effective use cases and user stories.
• Leads and conducts business analysis both on an ongoing basis and for business projects to assess clients business problems or opportunities document technical business requirements to meet functional needs ensuring alignment with OPS project management and related methodologies.
• Applies re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative cost-effective service delivery approaches.
• Conducts ongoing business analysis activities within all phases of the project life cycle including initial technical requirements detailed business analysis plans business modeling analysis of business transformation new business development acquired solutions continual refinement of business requirements and identification of significant changes in requirement documentation and maintenance of approved business requirements.
• Develops strategies prepares business cases and cost-benefit analyses and conducts feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
• Oversees ongoing production support and configuration management.
• Leads and participates in the process for requests for proposals with a focus on client requirements and evaluation of vendor responses for I&IT business and/or infrastructure solutions.
• Leads and facilitates in-depth workshops to elicit review document and confirm business requirements business process reengineering business models business rules and user interface design in order to create the technical framework/specifications for the development of business solutions and/or infrastructure services or platforms.
• Develops performance measures for business analysis evaluations and conducts follow-up assessments to ensure compliance with client clusters and corporate I&IT strategies policies and priorities.
• Manages problem identification and resolution activities to ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Experience (25%)

• Experience on medium to large-sized projects as a business analyst or functional consultant.
• Experience with enterprise business architectural concepts to ensure that recommended technologies align with OPS standards.
• Experience developing business cases from start to finish.
• Experience with the software development life cycle software design development and integration database concepts user interface design principles change management quality assurance risk management disaster recovery planning and business continuity planning to develop solutions and/or infrastructure services to meet business needs.
• Experience conducting business analysis reviews recommending options changes and contingency provisions.
• Experience providing technical leadership functional business analysis and architecture expertise to project staff colleagues and clients.
• Service delivery management portfolio program/project management and resource management to manage business analysis for clients and provide recommendations on clients I&IT business and infrastructure needs.
• Expertise in all aspects of business analysis including enterprise-level and client program area business analysis and modeling; related business analysis tools technology processes and methodologies; and business analysis-related technical and business planning.
• Knowledge of I&IT Cluster and corporate policies directives guidelines and procedures related to service delivery processes enterprise business architecture and current trends and technologies related to business-driven IT solutions to provide practical expertise in meeting business needs ensuring traceability of business requirements to I&IT solutions and compliance with OPS I&IT policies and standards.
• Understanding of clients policies programs business goals and objectives plans issues and resources to identify partnership opportunities and match technology solutions to business requirements while advising on the application of I&IT.
• Experience applying enterprise business architectural concepts to ensure that recommended technologies align with OPS standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients business requirements identify the best technology solutions from among alternatives and ensure clients expectations are met in a cost-effective manner both for individual issues and longer-term overall requirements.
• Ability to evaluate directions trends standards and policies in a complex and evolving environment using multiple sources of guidance; identify requirements develop options and make recommendations on general and specific information architecture and data management issues.
• Ability to plan coordinate and lead all phases of assigned business analysis process improvements architecture or infrastructure projects or services within risk time and resource constraints to meet client needs.
• Ensure the quality of business solution recommendations and implementation and ensure integration with enterprise and cluster standards and directions.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum environments conducting sprint planning facilitating daily standups and ensuring that business analysis tasks align with iterative development cycles.

• Experience in identifying assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle ensuring risks are communicated effectively to stakeholders and that appropriate mitigation strategies are put in place.

Must Have:

Experience in Lean / Six Sigma Process

Understanding of Operations and work flows.

Ability to work closely with operations team to capture actual process.

Ideal BA as a lead with supporting large projects with various stakeholders.

Experience leading meetings.

Preparing documentation preparing presentations

Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools (e.g. DevOps MS Visio and other modeling tools) to document and track business requirements project milestones and progress.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel Visio specifically)

Perform data analytics including - volume cycle times productivity data identify trends

Inform process re-design

Nice to have:

Knowledge of change management frameworks
