We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst - Remote Canada role.

As a Salesforce Product Analyst , you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities.

This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams including engineers and designers to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes.

Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.

Job Function / Day to Day

Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data to identify patterns, trends, needs, and opportunities

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work alongside cross-functional teams to validate problems and assist in developing solutions that are valuable, feasible, viable, and usable

Feature Definition : Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, to capture and define features, user stories, and assist in defining product roadmaps.

Customer Feedback : Validate hypotheses through customer feedback to ensure product alignment with user needs.

Performance Metrics : Monitor and analyze product metrics, such as user engagement and satisfaction, to provide actionable insights aimed at enhancing

Product performance. Support Product Development : Ensure close collaboration with design and engineering teams to meet customer and business requirements.

Documentation : Develop necessary supporting documentation such as how-to guides, user manuals, and feature descriptions.

Agile Participation : Engage in all facets of the Agile process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

Insight Generation : Regularly conduct product and customer insights assessments to support effective decision-making by Product Managers and Owners.

Decision Support : Prepare and present insights and opportunities to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Experiment Design : Design and implement experiments to test and explore new opportunities.

Required Qualifications.

5+ years experience in Product Analyst role in a technical environment.

5+ years working in a Salesforce Environment.

5+ years of analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.

Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights from vast data sets.

Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements.

Experience with agile methodologies and tools.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies effectively.

Requirements gathering & use case documentation Epics, User Stories, & Acceptance Criteria

Product Roadmap Backlog & Work Item Prioritization, Release planning, Product Demos.
