About the Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with basic IT skills who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support in-office and at customer locations
Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting
Install and configure IT equipment
Ensure timely and professional service for clients

Requirements :

Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking fundamentals)

Valid driver’s license (required for travel to customer sites)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
