Western Energy Services Corp., is hiring a Yard / Shop Labourer to join our team in our Leduc location!

Western Energy Services Corp. is an oilfield service company which provides contract drilling services through Horizon Drilling in Canada and Stoneham Drilling Corporation in the United States. In addition, Western provides well servicing through Eagle Well Servicing in Canada, and provides rental services through Aero Rental Services in Canada.

Position Summary

The position of Yard / Shop Labourer is responsible for assisting with shop and yard maintenance, assisting with any shipping / receiving of equipment, operating material handling equipment, and general facility labour tasks.

Please note : This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) offered on a contractual basis, with the contract expected to conclude at the end of March 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials with forklifts, or other equipment as trained
• Maintain Cleanliness and organization of shop and yard areas
• Assist Shipper to organize MSR orders and load trucks as required
• Perform simple equipment or tool checks and report any issues for repair
• Assist with snow removal and general outdoor maintenance
• Other duties as requested by management
