Conveyancer – Residential & Commercial Real Estate

Location: Kelowna, BC (ON-SITE ONLY)

A respected law firm in Kelowna is seeking a Conveyancer with 3+ years of residential conveyancing experience to join its Real Estate team. While the primary focus is residential, candidates with conveyancing experience will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish.

• Draft, review, and process contracts, transfers, mortgages, and related documentation.

• Conduct title searches, registrations, and filings with the Land Title Office.

• Liaise with clients, lenders, realtors, and brokers to ensure smooth closings.

• Prepare accurate reports and closing documentation.

• Support commercial real estate files as required.

• Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date file records.

About You

• 3+ years of conveyancing experience.

• Knowledge of Land Title Office procedures and conveyancing software.

• Exposure to commercial conveyancing is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Client-focused communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Ethical, hardworking, and motivated team player.
