Role & Responsibilities :
Support Project Management team leadership in tracking and assessing trends and changes.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely disposition and accurate reporting of impacts on costs and schedules.
Contribute towards strategic and innovative ideas to improve the effectiveness of change management.
Work with change management leadership and client groups to facilitate the application of various change management approaches, frameworks, and methodologies.
Support research / document / content management on changes using established platforms.
Gather and evaluate regular change management metrics and create reports and presentations as needed.
Handle highly confidential and time-sensitive material with tact and discretion; ability to confidently raise issues with leadership and peers.
Work and coordinate effectively with functional and support team members.
Collaborate with the global teams as directed to ensure aligned application of change control methods and tools for all change management and related activities on projects.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 3 years of Change Management experience.
Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with change management.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills. Proficient with MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and complete follow-through required.
Able to successfully multi-task and deal with multiple deadlines and priorities.
