TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Scheduler role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, including detailed and high-level schedules, using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure alignment and consistency in scheduling practices.
• Produce progress reports, visual charts, and performance curves for various project phases.
• Integrate individual project schedules into a unified master schedule, establish baselines, and monitor progress.
• Support management in project planning, monitoring, and analysis, including preparing impact analysis reports for any project changes or delays.
• Maintain thorough documentation and conduct regular internal schedule reviews.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of seven to ten years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) and automated cost or schedule management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in using Primavera P6 for both master and detailed schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of earned value management techniques.
• Proven experience in managing schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
