Job Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in understanding their benefits options and the enrollment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of benefit programs policies and regulations.
- Facilitate presentations to educate clients about benefits packages.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline the enrollment and benefits management process.
- Utilize technical skills to navigate and utilize company software systems for benefit management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits.
- Track and report on enrollment and claims issues as needed.
Essential Qualifications :
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Technical proficiency with software programs related to benefits administration.Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Experience :
Previous experience in a benefits administration or related role is preferred but not required.Experience in the sales field is a plus but not required as this position is classified under sales.Familiarity with Canadian benefit regulations and compliance requirements.Salary & Benefits :
