Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients in understanding their benefits options and the enrollment process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of benefit programs policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate presentations to educate clients about benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline the enrollment and benefits management process.
  • Utilize technical skills to navigate and utilize company software systems for benefit management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits.
  • Track and report on enrollment and claims issues as needed.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Technical proficiency with software programs related to benefits administration.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desired Experience :

  • Previous experience in a benefits administration or related role is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the sales field is a plus but not required as this position is classified under sales.
  • Familiarity with Canadian benefit regulations and compliance requirements.
