Accountant

One of our clients, a property management company, is looking for an Accountant to join their team.Your tasks will include:-Managing the entire accounting cycle-Performing month-end closings-Preparing and filing tax returns-Performing financial analyses and variances-Process accounts payable and receivable-Perform bank reconciliations-Prepare monthly financial statementsOn-site positionDaytime schedule: possibility of 4 or 5 days/week (flexible) -3 to 5 years of experience in a firm or in a relevant role-Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration-Experience in the property management sector-Proficiency in HOPEM software (an asset)-Proficiency in Excel software-Proficiency in office and accounting tools-Very good knowledge of Canadian accounting standards-Team spirit, autonomy, and organizational skills
