In This Role, You’ll Get To : Design, setup, configure and install database systems Working closely with Development, DevOps to support database administration including performance management, security, installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance tuning and capacity planningEnsure that all databases environments are deployed, maintained and managed via proactive monitoring of performance and capacity planning of RDBMSMaintain backup and recovery process, including disaster recovery performance and tuning of database and applicationEnsure data requirements have been identified, design is fully normalized, and database complies with industry best practices and strict security requirementsParticipating in design sessions with application engineers and will work closely with product owners, who develop the business and software specifications for project objectivesMS-SQL server performance and data related issuesto production incidents and support requests from business usersSSRS reports and SSIS packagesWork closely with development teams to build custom applications on-premise and cloudUnderstand data models and business processes to develop procedures and scriptsBusiness intelligence solutions design, development, and support Translate business needs to data requirements Create and monitor database maintenance jobs (backups, re-indexing etc) Support large high availability database systemsExecute database procedures including upgrades, recovery and migration.

Document system operations, run books and troubleshooting procedures.We Are Looking For An Individual With : 8+years’ experience working as a DBA performing daily database operations and maintenance tasks (backup / restore, index repair, server, databases and jobs monitoring etc.
