Sr Procurement Manager Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Sourcing & Solutions : Identify new products and vendors to meet project needs, collaborate with internal teams, and facilitate cost-effective solutions.
- Vendor Management : Monitor and report vendor performance, define KPIs, and resolve escalated issues.
- Contract Execution : Lead vendor agreement processes, ensuring terms align with business goals.
- Global Sourcing : Coordinate with international teams to explore global markets and leverage volume opportunities.
- Forecasting : Ensure accurate supply forecasting to meet project timelines and mitigate risks.
- Budgeting : Track costs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop cost models and business cases.
- Team Leadership : Manage the procurement team, aligning resources and fostering professional growth.
- Process Improvement : Implement systems and processes to enhance supplier accountability and team efficiency.
Qualifications
5–10 years in construction estimation; 3–5 years in people management.Experience in construction, project management, and vendor management a mustBachelor’s degree required.Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
