Business Development Manager – Recruiting Sales

You’ll own the full sales cycle, break into new accounts, and drive revenue for our premium recruiting and talent solutions. What You’ll Own
Drive new business in executive search, recruiting, and related talent servicesManage the full sales cycle— from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growthExecute high‑quality outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email, events) with daily activity and conversion targetsBuild and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target industriesPitch and present solutions to HR leaders, executives, and business ownersMaintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot CRM and hit / exceed monthly revenue targetsCollaborate with recruiters, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure client successIdentify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our service linesWhat We’re Looking For
Proven closer with a history of exceeding aggressive B2B sales targetsMinimum 3+ years in outbound B2B sales; professional services, tech, or recruiting experience preferredStrong prospecting skills; confident starting conversations with senior executivesSkilled communicator who can build trust quickly and articulate value in competitive marketsConfident managing the entire sales cycle independentlyProficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar)Resilient, competitive, and target‑driven — thrives under pressureWilling to work in‑office full‑time in Burnaby (Coquitlam / Port Moody HQ coming soon). Flexibility considered once trust is built and targets are consistently exceeded.Ideal Backgrounds

Base Salary : $60,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)Uncapped Commission : Top performers consistently earn $200–250K+ OTE, with no cap on upsideGrowth Path : Opportunity to build and lead a sales team within 12 months as we expand nationallyHybrid flexibility available for proven high‑performers who prefer an individual contributor role but must be hitting KPI’s.Location
