Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Associate Lawyer based in Kelowna, BC. The Associate Lawyer will provide legal counsel, represent clients in court, draft legal documents, conduct detailed legal research, and assist in the preparation and presentation of cases. The role also involves collaborating with a team of legal professionals to meet client needs and deliver high‑quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in legal research, case preparation, and legal analysis
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication, advocacy, and client interaction skills
• Experience working collaboratively in a legal team setting
• Membership in the Law Society of British Columbia or eligibility for membership
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and strong organizational abilities
• Prior experience in litigation or corporate law is a strong asset
• A degree in law (LL.B or JD) from an accredited institution
