About the role:

We’re seeking a Design Systems Engineer to join our product team at a pivotal moment in our company’s growth. In this role, you’ll help design and engineering teams build consistent, high-quality experiences across all products and platforms. You’ll own and evolve our design system across design tools, front-end libraries, infrastructure, and documentation, and contribute to internal tooling that will enable us to ship products and features faster.

What you’ll do:

• Build, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system across Clutch’s web and iOS products.
• Work closely with design lead and developers to support design-to-code workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing team to incorporate our brand identity into the design system.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, usage guidelines, and examples.
• Influence design system roadmap and long-term scalability.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tooling improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining a reusable component library and implementing details in code.
• Excellent understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JS, React).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and domains.

Employment Type:

• New, Permanent Full-Time
• Salary range: $130 000-170 000 per annum
