What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
  • Manage projects to configure software plan parameters and test calculation results
  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needs
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or relevant coursework demonstrating mathematical ability
  • Associate level : Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within the Pension Administration / Benefits / HR / payroll industry
  • Consultant level : Minimum 8 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within the Pension Administration / Benefits / HR / payroll industry
  • Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience working with Excel and Access VBA is a plus
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset
