What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectivesManage projects to configure software plan parameters and test calculation resultsOversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needsConduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementationProvide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalitiesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or relevant coursework demonstrating mathematical abilityAssociate level : Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within the Pension Administration / Benefits / HR / payroll industryConsultant level : Minimum 8 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within the Pension Administration / Benefits / HR / payroll industryExperience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suiteExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
