Financial Analyst / Financial Accountant

What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Analyst

Reconcile and analyze transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting

Investigate quarterly and annual inventory results, validating findings and resolving discrepancies

Build and enhance Power BI dashboards to surface trends, anomalies, and key insights

Review costing and receiving documentation, identifying issues and recommending corrections

Support month-end processes with detailed financial analysis and adjustment entries

Lead analytical initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls

About You as the Financial Analyst

Advanced analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret large, complex data sets

Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting platforms

Proven ability to uncover root causes behind financial variances and inconsistencies

Skilled at translating data findings into clear recommendations for operational stakeholders

Motivated by long-term career progression into broader financial or analytical leadership roles
