Job Description :

Job Overview:

The Cleaning Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of janitorial services at the designated site ensuring compliance with contract obligations and delivering high-quality services to meet client expectations. The role involves managing communication between the company and the client leading the cleaning staff maintaining health and safety standards and managing resources to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform stripping and waxing of different types of floors
  
• Must be knowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors
  
• Maintains floor care equipment
  
• Moving/Lifting furniture heavy-duty cleaning
  
• Must have some experience and knowledge of wet carpet extraction
  
• Supervising staff as needed when helping with the projects
  
• Operate carpet machines of various types
  
• Other specialist duties as required
  
• High dusting experience a plus
  
• Flood cleanup Post construction cleanup a plus
  
• Demonstrates infection prevention and control knowledge and skills
  
• Garage pressure washing experience a plus
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must have valid drivers license (in good standing)
Strong English language capabilities and French is considered a plus
Must have 4 years plus experience in Commercial Cleaning
Ability to lead others in regular cleaning duties
Training others a plus in regular cleaning duties

Working Conditions:

Full-time position requiring site presence and occasional travel to the company head office for management meetings.
