Senior Game Analyst

Responsibilities

• By proactively collaborating with the game team, enable them to make data driven decisions through data analysis
• Build statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future developments and automate processes
• Forecast game’s performance and collaborate with the game team in order to refine said forecast, overseeing its feasibility, accuracy and correct reporting
• Estimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, CRM activities
• Look into various aspects of user behaviour, e.g. churn, conversion, LTV
• Work with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting/reactivation campaigns
• Consult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all our games, fostering collaborative culture

Requirements

• A proven track record of Game Analytics working on free to play games
• Analysis has led to tangible and quantifiable improvements in the games you worked on
• Experienced with AB testing and data‑driven decision making
• Proficiency with SQL, Python & Excel
• Excellent visualization, presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner, comfortable in agile and fast‑paced environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with statistical and ML model creation and deployment
• Experience in regular game performance forecasting for FP&A purposes
• Experience/exposure to marketing & Performance marketing analytics
• Experience using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau or Looker
