Responsibilities
- By proactively collaborating with the game team, enable them to make data driven decisions through data analysis
- Build statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future developments and automate processes
- Forecast game’s performance and collaborate with the game team in order to refine said forecast, overseeing its feasibility, accuracy and correct reporting
- Estimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, CRM activities
- Look into various aspects of user behaviour, e.g. churn, conversion, LTV
- Work with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting / reactivation campaigns
- Consult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all our games, fostering collaborative culture
Requirements
A proven track record of Game Analytics working on free to play gamesAnalysis has led to tangible and quantifiable improvements in the games you worked onExperienced with AB testing and data‑driven decision makingProficiency with SQL, Python & ExcelExcellent visualization, presentation and communication skillsFast learner, comfortable in agile and fast‑paced environmentBonus Points
