Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Product Design Specialist to be on the forefront of Agriculture Ventilation product development. The individual will design and develop effective and innovative ventilation systems to meet customer expectations and business goals. This is a newly created position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Canarm Territory Managers, dealers and customers to understand and define customer needs
• Manage the design, layout, specifications and testing of new or enhanced ventilation systems
• Coordinate prototype construction and testing with production and engineering teams at head office
• Collaborate with engineering team to troubleshoot issues or improve system performance
• Develop testing protocols that align with industry standards and maintain all required documentation and reporting
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates on testing results and product readiness
• Gather feedback from dealers and customers to aid in continuous improvement of ventilation parts and systems
