About the Opportunity

Our government client is seeking an experienced Evaluation Analyst to support a research funding program designed to facilitate collaboration between academic researchers and external organizations across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. The program funds collaborative projects that generate new knowledge and practical outcomes in science fields, while supporting the application of research results for broader impact.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks for programs or initiatives
• Review and analyze key program documentation, including design, delivery, and performance materials
• Synthesize information from stakeholder consultations and issue-identification activities to inform evaluation priorities
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify key evaluation questions and areas of focus
• Define and refine the scope of evaluations across programs or funding mechanisms
• Prepare clear, well-structured evaluation design reports
• Present draft evaluation materials to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback

Finalize evaluation deliverables in accordance with organizational standards and timelines
