About the Role
I am looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented House Manager to help keep my home running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, planning ahead, and creating a calm, well‑functioning household environment. You’ll be the point person for day‑to‑day operations, light household coordination, and occasional errands. This is a part time role with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee general household organization and upkeep.
Manage schedules, appointments, and household calendar.
Coordinate vendors, appointments, and deliveries.
Run errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and pickups
Maintain inventory of household supplies and restock as needed
Household tasks (cleaning, laundry support)
Support with logistics (e.g., travel prep, reminders)
Ideal Candidate
Highly organized and self‑directed
Strong communicator with a calm, professional demeanor
Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and anticipating needs
Experience in household management, hospitality, or personal assistant roles is a plus
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
