Responsibilities :
- Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
- Client Interaction : Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- System Integration : Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
Requirements :
Experience : Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including hands-on configuration and implementation.Technical Skills : Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules.Communication : Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.Preferred Skills :
