Manager - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Responsibilities :

  • Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
  • Client Interaction : Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • System Integration : Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including hands-on configuration and implementation.
  • Technical Skills : Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Project Management : Experience in managing projects and leading teams.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and provide solutions.
