Responsibilities
- Service Optimization : Evaluate supplier performance, resolve daily operational issues, and propose service improvements.
- Supplier Management : Act as the main point of contact for external providers (cafeteria, mail service, uniform supplier, service calls, etc.).
- Related Project Management : Lead special mandates related to infrastructure or workplace life improvement (e.g., implementing new processes, various requests, small projects).
- Administrative Follow-up : Generate purchase requisitions, initiate and track service calls, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
Qualifications
Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination and / or customer service, external supplier contract management, or logistics.Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with tight deadlines; negotiation skills, while maintaining rigorous documentation.Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and colleagues.Autonomy and Initiative : Ability to make operational decisions and act proactively to prevent issues before they arise.Customer Service Orientation : Strong commitment to providing a high-quality experience for internal users (user-friendly cafeteria, compliant uniforms, efficient mail).Negotiation Skills : Ability to discuss terms, manage billing or service disputes with suppliers, and obtain the best value for money.Software : Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and other tools.Asset : Prior experience in a unionized or industrial environment (uniform management or food services).This position requires awareness of all potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity; these values are the foundation of the success, reputation, and sustainable growth of the company.Expleo is an equal opportunity employer.
