Content Specialist, Advertising & Sponsorships
Electronic Arts (EA) invites applications for the Content Specialist, Advertising & Sponsorships role. This position is part of the EA Experiences Office of the CXO (oCXO), which focuses on business planning, workforce development, and investment strategies across the company.
As a key member of EA’s Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support and implement in‑game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will report to the Content Manager and collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams to deliver partner campaigns and brand integrations that drive new business growth and align with franchise goals. This is a hybrid remote/in‑office role based in Orlando, FL, Vancouver, BC, or Kirkland, WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support brand campaigns across EA’s studio portfolio (Skate, Madden, College Football, NHL, UFC) on mobile, PC, and console gaming platforms.
- Support post‑sales advertising efforts by working with Sales, Ad Tech, and Game Teams to deliver campaigns that meet client goals.
- Manage multiple campaigns and timelines, overseeing asset delivery and ensuring all creative meets technical specifications.
- Track key campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, sentiment), prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
- Provide in‑game screenshots and video captures; assist the sales team with post‑campaign wrap‑up decks.
- Keep all parties informed throughout each stage of the campaign, flag issues, and share updates and post‑campaign insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, ad operations, or related fields.
- Hands‑on experience in media planning, digital campaign execution, trafficking, or media operations across mobile, video, and/or programmatic channels.
- Proven expertise in third‑party creative tagging, debugging with Charles Proxy, working knowledge of Google Ad Manager and/or Campaign Manager 360, clickTag implementation, 1x1 tracking pixels, and QA using browser developer tools.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Understanding of ad serving platforms, DSPs/SSPs, and digital metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC).
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools for tracking progress, tasks, and workflows.

- Enthusiasm for sports and gaming, especially FIFA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA.
- Strong organization, project, and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Effective relationship management—building and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, in‑game advertising, or sponsorships is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for this role reflects the location and experience level. For example, in British Columbia (Vancouver), the salary range is $75,900 – $105,600 CAD. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and parental leave. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
