We are seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Building Operator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this role is crucial in maintaining the daily operations and upkeep of our site. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, efficiently resolving issues and proactively addressing facilities concerns. Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute daily maintenance tasks and general site upkeep
  • Serve as the first line of interface with clients
  • Resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
  • Provide support to all Facilities personnel
  • Continuously seek ways to improve building health and personal performance
  • What You'll Do :

  • Manage and resolve maintenance requests through the ticketing system
  • Execute short-lead time tasks and report completed work
  • Assess and address on-site maintenance issues
  • Perform minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups proactively
  • Maintain HVAC systems, including filter changes and cleaning
  • Repair storefront doors and change locks as needed
  • Duplicate keys and assemble, relocate, and repair furniture
  • Assist with preventative maintenance on all appliances
  • Change light bulbs and escort outside vendors when necessary
  • Install and remove member logos
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Manager to discuss building health
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor with a sense of confidentiality
  • Customer service and / or hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Passion for learning and seeking new challenges
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management or related field
