Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this role is crucial in maintaining the daily operations and upkeep of our site. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, efficiently resolving issues and proactively addressing facilities concerns. Key Responsibilities :
Execute daily maintenance tasks and general site upkeepServe as the first line of interface with clientsResolve maintenance issues promptly and efficientlyProvide support to all Facilities personnelContinuously seek ways to improve building health and personal performanceWhat You'll Do :
Manage and resolve maintenance requests through the ticketing systemExecute short-lead time tasks and report completed workAssess and address on-site maintenance issuesPerform minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups proactivelyMaintain HVAC systems, including filter changes and cleaningRepair storefront doors and change locks as neededDuplicate keys and assemble, relocate, and repair furnitureAssist with preventative maintenance on all appliancesChange light bulbs and escort outside vendors when necessaryInstall and remove member logosCoordinate with the Facilities Manager to discuss building healthWhat We're Looking For :
