Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Success, the People Performance Partner will coach front-line leaders across one or multiple business units. This role will be key in driving the evolution of centralized performance support while meeting managers to support Toast employees in key career moments. You will enable our leaders of today to be leaders for the future through coaching and support to develop long-term, scalable leadership skills. You will be at the forefront of empowering data driven decision making as it pertains to performance, where leaders need support and driving accountability for equitable and consistent performance management.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus / commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
