Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our Medical Laboratory Department at Elk Valley Hospital in Fernie, BC. About the Job
As the Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will work autonomously within our supportive and cohesive team environment, providing vital Lab services to patients at the Elk Valley Hospital and clients in the community. This is a generalist Core Lab position and offers an excellent opportunity to hone independent practice and self-direction within our small and varied laboratory – basic chemistry, transfusion medicine, and hematology.

Field of practice for this position is: Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine (Science)

This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating days and evenings. With evenings and weekends on call
