Our client is a established General Contractor in the Vancouver Lower Mainland who have a long history of providing a superior construction service to a wide range of clients.

They have experienced continual growth over the years and now is no exception. With several large projects starting they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Your new role

As Project Manager you will be responsible for thepletion ofmercial projects up to $25 Million. These could range from large warehouse, distribution centres, andmercial new builds to additions and renovations.

You will be responsible for the timely delivery and execution of these project. You will report to the Partners ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This will include scheduling, cost control, solving construction issues, showing strong leadership andmunicating with the sub-trades, architects and consultants.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires you to have 5(+) years of experience in a Project Manager role for either a General Contractor or Developer locally.

You will have a solid track record of leadingmercial or institutional new construction projects. Experience managing Tilt Up construction considered an asset.

Ideally this person will have a technical education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. This is a demanding role that requires advance problem solving, organizational and leadership capabilities.
