Job Description
- Proven experience with handling production support activities for applications developed using Java with Angular UI.
- Proficiency in fixing production defect using Java, Angular, SQL Server, SOAP, REST, JIRA etc.
- Strong understanding of ITSM process along with Service now, Dynatrace etc. tools for production monitoring.
Role Description :
Coordinated with client / internal technical teams during the any DEFECT TRIAGE and fix processParticipated in change management during regular or non regular hours.Responsible for providing complete support for user issues related to application and resolution.Monitoring of dynatrace to make sure no application issues are reported.Handling application outage and ensure minimal / no impact to business while recovery.Worked closely with business and users to resolve issues regarding the Angular application promptly to avoid any adverse business impactAssigned, Coordinated and managed production support independently and efficiently.Actively participating in cross training and knowledge transfer session for new team members.Competencies : Microsoft SQL Server 2016, Angular 13+, Core Java
