Salary Range : $70K - $80K per year
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple roles, from requirements gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and crowdsourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure quick turnarounds and consistent hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings and define candidate profiles.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics to align with hiring goals and plan for future needs.
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing agencies with a proven success record.Strong experience with ATS and headhunting tools.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.Self-starter with a proactive, independent approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and organizational skills.What We Offer :
