Seasonal Inventory Administrator

This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 to August 2026.

What Youll Do :

• Data entry for shipping / receiving activities from our Regina facility to various points in Western Canada.
• Process orders through SAP (Extended Warehouse Management) system.
• Assist with various inventory management tasks as assigned.
• Reconcile and compile inventory reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide support to warehouse staff for shipping / receiving tasks.
• File process mail and complete other administrative assignments as directed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and objectives.
