Assistant Sales Manager – Bannister Kia Penticton

Key Responsibilities :

  • Booking Appointments from service drive
  • Hybrid role selling cars & helping manage internet leads / sales team
  • Support and coach the sales team to achieve individual and department goals
  • In charge or outreach & creating fleet business
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process
  • Work closely with management to monitor KPIs, inventory, and market trends

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Automotive sales experience (management experience is an asset)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, internet)
  • Valid Class 5 or N Driver’s License
  • A results-driven, high-energy individual who loves to win
