Complete Landscape is expanding and hiring a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew and ensure high-quality work on our strata and commercial sites. We provide full training for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a maintenance crew
  
  
• Operate a company truck and equipment
  
  
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
  
  
• Maintain site quality, safety, and efficiency
  
  
• Communicate professionally with customers when required
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required — you will operate a company truck)
  
  
• Strong leadership mindset
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
  
  
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
  
  
• Landscaping experience is an asset but not required — we will train you
