Warehouse Coordinator – Manufacturing

Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour

Job Type : Full-time | Assignment

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Location : Hagersville, ON – This sit is not accessible by Public Transit

Job Summary

We are hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to support inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on inventory tracking, reconciliation, cycle counting, FIFO compliance and lot traceability across receiving, production (WIP), finished goods, and shipping.

This position is well suited for candidates with experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Clerk, Inventory Control Associate or Warehouse Inventory Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Perform cycle counts, variance analysis, and inventory audits
• Ensure FIFO, lot control, and expiry accuracy
• Review production and material usage records
• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP / system data
• Support shipping and receiving accuracy
• Assist with discrepancy resolution and corrective actions

This position is offered through 3PL Inc., a licensed Temporary Help Agency. Successful candidates will be employed by 3PL Inc. and assigned to client worksites. This posting represents an existing vacancy and does not require Canadian experience. Equivalent experience gained in other jurisdictions is welcome. This position offers full-time hours on a temporary / assignment basis. This assignment is based on client operational requirements and may be extended, shortened, or concluded at any time. Any changes will be communicated by 3PL Inc. .
