Our client, a well-established organization in the Transportation Industry is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
This role is fully remote, however, does require frequent travel across Southwestern Ontario.
Responsibilities :
- Creating, developing, and managing relationships with existing and net new clients
- Preparing comprehensive proposals for prospective clients, and walking through the value add of each of the service offerings
- Providing leadership to dealer sales organization in developing strategic account level business strategies
- Work with cross functional teams to implement sales strategies
- Successfully meet and exceed KPIs and sales objectives, and if unable to do so, provide strengths & opportunities analysis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and provide analysis & recommendations of market trends and competition to Senior Leaders
- Providing training & coaching to employees to ensure proficiency in sales related competencies and capabilities to serve their specific markets
- Demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, strong understanding of individual markets, and customer relationship management
- Participate in business planning to ensure strategic goals and objectives are aligned with corporate strategies
- Provide market summary and sales strategy reports to the Senior Leaders
