The Edge Traffic Engineering Team owns key routing and networking infrastructure to support our core product. As Engineering Manager, you will lead a group of highly technical software and infrastructure engineers to build resilient edge infrastructure, making the system more performant and reliable for our customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Edge Traffic Infrastructure teams, ensuring the networking architecture evolves and remains resilient to growing demand.
• Define and deliver a vision, strategy, and roadmap on a year‑long time scale for ingress and egress points, tying the roadmap back to business impact.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, security and other engineering teams to build reliable, secure and scalable networking infrastructure for external partners and internal teams.
• Improve key metrics for availability, performance and resiliency.
• Own team operations and availability by ensuring the right monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, testing and alerting support “keep the lights on” & on‑call efforts.
• Set code review and design standards for the team and advocate for quality and ownership across the organization through technical talks and written documentation.
• Help develop talent by providing feedback, guidance and leading by example.

What We Look For

Compensation

Pay Grade 9 | Equity Grade 7 | Base pay range $178,000 − $228,000 per year. Total compensation package may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits such as 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for employees and dependents.
