BAS Sales Representative

Key tasks : Enablers and tools :

You will benefit from a very compelling remuneration including :

Sell Building Automation (BAS) installations and Preventative Maintenance.

  • Develop Qualified Prospects
  • Account Management for accounts sold
  • Maintain Opportunity Funnel
  • Tele-market for face to face meetings
  • Cold calling for new business
  • Properly input all tasks, opportunities, activities, expenses into CRM
  • Personalized and comprehensive training,
  • Unlimited technical support,
  • Sales tools developed by us, for you,
  • Microsoft Surface Pro with CRM

  • Requirements :

  • You have at least 5+ years’ of Sales experience
  • BAS knowledge is a large asset
  • Ability to get your government security clearance.
  • Drivers license with clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter
  • Possess good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
