Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to spearhead sales efforts in the southern half of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales of Team Power Solutions’ offerings, and leveraging the company’s extensive past project experience to deliver solutions tailored to client needs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and coordinate with colleagues on opportunities outside their geographical area when required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Drive sales by promoting the company’s existing portfolio of products and services to meet and exceed client requirements.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and effective lead management.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on trust, reliability, and repeat business.Serve as the primary contact for clients in the region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Internal Collaboration
Partner with engineering, operations, marketing, and the Regina operations team to deliver customized sales solutions.Collaborate with colleagues from other regions to share insights and leverage opportunities.CRM Utilization
Use a CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor pipeline progress, with training provided as needed.Market Insight
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to align sales strategies effectively.Trade Shows and Events
Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings, occasionally requiring travel, to promote products and services.Goal Development
Work with leadership to establish and achieve ambitious sales goals and performance metrics.Qualifications and Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field.Background
Preference for candidates with experience as an electrician, in electrical technologies, or as an engineer. Equivalent experience will be considered.Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with electrical systems, automation, or similar.CRM Familiarity
Basic understanding of CRM systems, with additional training provided.Relationship-Building

Base Salary
CAD $85,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.Additional Benefits
