Your tasks as the Millwright
Providing excellent customer service to client sitesPerforming a range of building / maintenance functions from simple repairs to complex equipment rebuildsLeading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and activities to upskill operators and reduce lossesCarrying out 5S activities on a daily basisPerforming Job Hazard Analysis prior to maintenance activitiesactivities on equipment, as well as equipment and components principle of operationsCollaborate with Operators to identify and eliminate equipment and safety issuesTaking initiatives to identify, maintain, and repair equipment issuesProviding maintenance support to a continuous process manufacturing plantThe required qualifications of the Millwright
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright required (433a)Good communication skills both written and verbalStrong work ethicOwn Vehicle / ability to travel to multiple client sitesSupervisory ExperienceExperience working in corrugation, packaging, cardboard considered a huge assetStrong working knowledge on safe work practices (such as lock-tag-try, fall protection, and hazard assessments)Ability to work with minimal supervision independently or in a groupPassion for teamwork, ongoing learning, continuous improvement and maintaining a respectful environmentFuze HR Solutions is committed to building a diverse, accessible, and equitable workforce.
