Job description

THE ROLE

As theSenior Analyst, Customer Logistics, you will :

Execute best-in-classshippingand delivery set-up, including volume planning and booking coordination

Execute on the best possible logistics experience for customers, including in-transit tracking and exception handling

Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business

Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally

Provide cost optimizingrecommendations for the selection of service providers and delivery modes

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst, Customer Logistics, has :

Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in :

Retail or supply chainenvironment

KPI data analysis and financial reporting

Microsoft Office, including Excel

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000–$125,000 CAD per year.
