Role : Logistics Coordinator
Base : $50,000-52,500+
Team : 20 (10 Drivers, 8 Picking / Packing, You+1 Logistics, Sales)
Location : Mississauga
Reporting to : Warehouse Manager
Mandate
Schedules delivery orders based on customer orders and expectations. Confirms timing of
delivery with sales staff. Provides schedule to accounting and enters appropriate administrative
system.
Directs the flow of order picking to ensure priorities are met. Handles customer inquiries and
complaints. Expedites the delivery of customer orders to ensure commitments are achieved.
Monitors performance and checks accuracy of orders being loaded for delivery.
Reconciles any issues with the delivery of orders with customers.
Manages the back-order process, communicates back orders to customers.
Manages PRM process scheduling pickups and adhere to performance goals.
Ensures that delivery paperwork is complete, accurate and entered into the system.
Assists customers and other staff in the resolution of any distribution issues.
