Retail Food Service Manager Busy Campus ()

How Youll Make an Impact :

• Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing retail and resident dining operations for the site
• Direct daily operations including working with the executive chef on menus and promotions purchasing / ordering inventory scheduling
• Manage financials for the retail program including labour cost food cost inventory equipment and materials
• Supervise mentor and monitor supervisors and evaluate performance to ensure a high level of productivity and the best use of team member capabilities
• Ensure that the annual retail objectives are achieved
• Maintain operating standards and implement quality improvements
• Promote and assist in the marketing of the retail program
• Constant analysis of the retail performance; identifying efficiencies and areas of opportunity
• Ensure compliance of all Company and Client standards and Provincial / Federal Legislation
• Ensure compliance to all Food Safety and Physical Safety Policies and Procedures
