What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations across the service department, including : Service advisor supportParts department assistanceDetail coordination and vehicle flow
• Step in as a flexible resource during peak periods, vacations, and staffing needs
• Learn internal systems, processes, and best practices
• Work closely with managers and experienced team members
• Take on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capability
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience
