- The PC Technician Network Admin role is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer networks and associated assemblies.
- The PC Technician Network Admin reports directly to the IT Manager.-Day to Day IT systems production support and administration.
- Performs PC troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common PC problems.-Installs, upgrades, and configures PC printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software.
- Upgrades PC hardware and software components as needed.-Participates in new IT Systems implementation / development projects-Provides users with PC technical support.
- Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to resources on the network.-Follows company procedures and practices to install and maintain hardware and software.
- Ensure IT policies and procedures are being adhered to and followed.-Train employees in the proper use of programs and packages.
- Telecom responsibilities.-Issuing company electronics (computer / cell phones).-Analyze new products and upgrades.-Ensure the IT Business Plan items are completed and deadlines are met.
- Applicable ISO9000 quality standards and procedures.-Follows and comply with all Operational Procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (, ISO 14001)-Performs all other duties as assigned.
