Key Responsibilities

Write clear, consistent, and compelling captions, headlines, and micro-content.

Work with designers and digital marketers to align content with visuals and campaigns.

Stay updated on social media trends and apply relevant tactics to optimize content.

Plan and schedule content calendars using scheduling tools.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm campaign ideas and storytelling themes.

Proofread content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling.

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and tone variations.

Ability to work with short-form, conversational, and persuasive writing styles.

Knowledge of using content scheduling and social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).

Experience

1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media marketing, or digital communications.

Portfolio of previous social media content or campaigns is highly desirable.

Freelance or internship experience will also be considered for exceptional candidates.
