Define and lead a cohesive, long-term marketing vision that strengthens brand equity and drives growth

Translate the estate’s story, sense of place, and values into compelling, consistent marketing across all channels

Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans that support direct-to-consumer, retail, and hospitality experiences

Oversee digital platforms, content, campaigns, and CRM to deepen engagement and loyalty

Guide brand expression across on-site, online, and off-site touchpoints to ensure authenticity and excellence

Use data and insight to refine strategy, measure impact, and continuously improve performance

Lead agency and partner relationships with clarity, creativity, and accountability

Collaborate closely with leadership and on-site teams to ensure marketing aligns with the guest journey

Bring focus, structure, and momentum to the marketing function while nurturing a collaborative culture

Requirements

7+ years of senior marketing experience within lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage, wine, or destination-driven brands

Demonstrated ability to own strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution

Strong digital fluency paired with brand and storytelling instinct

Experience managing budgets, agencies, and complex, multi-channel initiatives

Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment

Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related discipline preferred
