- Shift / Hours or Hybrid Environment – Monday to Friday- On-site
- The full base salary range for this position is from $79,200 - $110,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
The Supervisor, Distribution and Warehouse is responsible for the management of Coke Canada drivers and warehouse employees as well as Field Service employees. They ensure the products are properly received, stored, and effectively distributed to our customers. The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.
Responsibilities
Supervising a team of 30+ distribution and warehouse employees, while respecting budgetary constraintsProvide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations teamUnderstand the scope of delivering the Field Service vision and strategyAudit Fountain Equipment installations to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies of Coca-ColaMaintain a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplaceImprove productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices (e.g., 5S & Lean)Work cross functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects as well as routine activitiesStaff, train, coach, evaluate and develop team membersOversee storage, shipping and receiving of goodsEnsure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirementsManage drivers' delivery schedule and hours workedEstablish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issuesServe as liaison between sales, distribution and warehouse to maintain efficient communication between functionsManage and audit team members' timekeepingManage within labor and OPEX budgetQualifications
Post secondary education in a related field or experience deemed equivalentPrior experience in distribution, retail, or warehouse required. Beverage industry is preferred.3+ years experience in consumer products / direct store delivery required3+ years experience of supervisory experience requiredAbility to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluationsAbility to provide leadership, motivation, and training for development of the distribution teamAbility to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employeesAbility to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervisionPossess excellent organization and time-management skillsBe familiar with department of transportation regulationsBe a leader, a good communicator, and a convenerBe familiar with Office and SAP computer toolsExperience managing in a unionized environment is preferredWhy work with us?
