What you will do: Merchandising Coordination & ExecutionSupport the execution of merchandising programs, vendor promotions, and catalog initiatives.Coordinate group purchasing opportunities, managing timelines, logistics, and participation.Collaborate with marketing to ensure merchandising initiatives are effectively promoted across digital, and event platforms.Ensure online catalogs and product listings remain accurate and up to date.Review digital performance data to identify ways to improve product presentation and engagement.Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and program efficiency.Vendor, Member & Internal CommunicationServe as a main point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and retailers.Distribute all product, pricing, and promotional information.Respond to vendor and retailer inquiries regarding programs, promotions, and adjustments.Gather and act on feedback from retailers and vendors to improve program performance.Ensure consistent communication of strategies, promotions, and updates to retailers through meetings, newsletters, and events.Support trade shows, vendor meetings, and buying events to increase retailer engagement.Reporting & Data ManagementCompile sales and performance reports to evaluate program success and identify growth opportunities.Maintain product and vendor databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Work with analytics teams to track participation, performance, and product trends.Prepare presentations, reports, and promotional summaries for internal and external communications. What you offer:Post-secondary education in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.2 - 3 years of experience in merchandising coordination, vendor relations, or retail buying; experience within a buying group or cooperative is a strong asset.Proficiency (written and oral) in both English and French is required, as this position requires regular communication with English-speaking employees, members, and suppliers across Canada and the United States.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with database or ERP platforms is considered an asset.
