You will play a critical role in scaling our technical teams by identifying and onboarding top-tier IT talent. You’ll lead full-cycle technical recruitment while also supporting broader HR functions, including employee engagement, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination across global teams. Requirements
Technical IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT/technical roles including Developers (Java, Angular, AI), AI Consultants, SAP consultants, QA Engineers, DevOps, Architects, Project Managers and Scrum Master.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and other technical channels to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, delivery leads, and global teams to refine job descriptions, understand project needs, and align candidate profiles with technical requirements.
- Conduct preliminary technical screening and assessments; coordinate with internal technical panels for interviews and feedback.
- Manage the ATS and ensure data integrity across candidate stages and hiring funnels.
- Schedule and track interview rounds, collect panel feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Global Coordination & Cross-Geo Support
- Act as a liaison between other global Infoya offices (Canada, India, Costa Rica and US) to ensure consistency in HR practices and onboarding standards.
- Collaborate with the global delivery and talent teams to understand shifting project resourcing needs and proactively pipeline candidates accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a tech-focused recruitment environment.
- 4+ years of technical recruitment & HR experience, ideally within an IT services or consulting company supporting North American clients.
- Strong understanding of recruiting across technology stacks including Java, SAP, Automation Testing, DevOps, and Agile roles.
- Familiarity with North American hiring trends, visa/work permit considerations, and time zone coordination.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit preferred), headhunting techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Proficiency in tools like Zoho People, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates across our other GCC locations.
